PARKS and RECREATION

During summer months, the District coordinates a summer program of recreational league softball and volleyball team sports for the tenants of the Business Park.  All games are played at the John Derry Memorial Park.  We would love for you to come out and play!  

When the fields and courts are not being used for leagues, they are open for use by Inverness businesses and by persons living in Inverness.  The park recreational facilities and/or the pavilion/picnic area can be reserved for Inverness corporate events and by Inverness residents by contacting the Inverness District.  The District does not reserve the John Derry Park facilities for employee private events.  The District requires a deposit and the completion of a reservation and waiver form in order to reserve any of the park facilities.  Contact the District for more information on reserving park facilities.
