NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the INVERNESS METROPOLITAN IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, ARAPAHOE AND DOUGLAS COUNTIES, Colorado, that at the close of business on the sixty-third day before the election, there were not more candidates for director than offices to be filled, including candidates filing affidavits of intent to be write-in candidates; therefore, the election to be held on May 6, 2025 is hereby canceled pursuant to section 1-13.5-513(6) C.R.S.

Meetings are scheduled for the first THURSDAY of every other month as listed below. Special meetings will be scheduled on an as needed basis.

Meetings begin at 3:00 pm and are held at the District’s Office, 58 Inverness Drive East, Suite 100. Englewood, CO. 80112 and/or via Zoom Meeting.
Arapahoe County has begun improvements to Dry Creek Road and Inverness Drive West. These improvements will improve traffic and provide a safe bicycle lane.
The City of Centennial is scheduled to begin the paving along County Line Road, I-25 to Inverness Drive West, on Sunday night July 28th. The City will proceed working nights through Friday August 3rd to complete the work. Road closures are not anticipated.
For your information, please click here for the anticipated Method of Handling Traffic during the project. The City will provide alternative detour routes as an effort to alleviate your commute during the project.
